1. Who I am

English Progress Plan (EPP) is a trading name of Angela Payne Ltd.

2. What personal data I collect and why

• Client and Student Information: Name, email address, phone number, student’s school year, and educational goals. This is collected via the Intake Form to provide a tailored tutoring service.
• Assessment Data: Results from initial and ongoing assessments to track progress and plan lessons.
• Financial Records: Invoices and payment records for my accounts.
• Communication: Records of our correspondence via email.

3. How I protect your data

Your data is stored on password-protected devices and/or encrypted cloud storage services such as Google Drive with 2FA. Paper records are kept securely and shredded when no longer needed.

4. Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data I hold about you.
• Request correction of any inaccurate data.
• Request erasure of your data.
• Object to processing of your data.
• Request transfer of your data to another service.

5. Data Retention

I will retain client data for as long as necessary to provide tuition and for legal or accounting purposes (e.g., HMRC requires financial records to be kept for 5 years). After this time, it will be securely deleted.
